Sound healing works because you are mostly water, and water carries waves. When sustained, coherent tones move through the body, heart rate slows, brainwaves shift from beta toward alpha and theta, and the nervous system reads a simple message: you are safe enough to rest.

First Time?

What to expect

  1. 01Arrive 10 minutes early. Wear comfortable clothes; mats, bolsters, and blankets are provided.
  2. 02You'll lie down, get warm, and be guided into a few minutes of settling breath.
  3. 03The sound journey lasts 45–75 minutes. There is nothing to do. Drifting off is normal.
  4. 04We close with silence and tea. Move slowly for the rest of the evening if you can.
